Will Expanse run on my hosting account?

Expanse will run just fine on the most popular hosting companies servers. To be sure, run the Expanse Compatibility script on your website to see if you can run it.

Here are the main requirements:

  1.  PHP Version 4.3.0 or greater
  2. MySQL installed
  3. Safe mode turned off
  4. Also, if you want to automatically generate thumbnails, your host must have the GD extension installed.

The Expanse Compatibility script will check all of this for you, and tell you if you’re good to go.
